Mr. Muhammad Mainul Haque, Chairman of Barhatta Upazila distributed educational scholarships and bicycles among the students belonging to the ethnic minorities of Barhatta Upazila in the financial year 2019-2020 under the program titled "Development Assistance for Special Areas (excluding Chittagong Hill Tracts)" being implemented by the Prime Minister's Office. Mr. Golam Morshed, Upazila Nirbahi Officer, President of Tribal Welfare Association, all the beneficiaries of the ethnic group and all the guardians were present at the occasion.
